Unreal Engine Traffic System

This is a simple car traffic system. It includes customizable junctions, roads with lanes, paths for AI and other things to control the traffic. The cars show brake lights and turn signals. They move taking into account the speed limit.

I've tested it on Unreal Engine 5.1, but should probably work on version 5.0 or any higher.

Demonstration using the example of the City Sample Vehicles Pack (it is free to download on FAB here). This sample is already in files, you DON'T have to download it separately (that's why it takes up over 7gb). In this asset cars are slightly modified for working of car lights.

Content:

1) Spline with a road
- It has 1 to 4 lanes
- each lane may have its own material.

2)  Сustomizable Junction
- It may have 1 to 4 lanes in two directions
- you can choose speed limit on it
- you can choose traffic lights existence and its timings

3) Traffic ways
- you can choose the speed limit of each traffic way.
- you can put two-directions spline, so car can choose the direction on the junction and it will show corresponding turn indicator.

4) Spawn Point
- you can set cars list
- you can set spawn vertical offset if you need
- you can set min and max spawn rate.

5) Despawn Actor
- defines places where the traffic should be destroyed regardless of the distance to the player

6) Data Table  
- defines how many cars can be spawned
- defines spawn min and max distance to player

7) AI Controller
- controls the cars to keep the speed limit
- controls steering
- controls stop and go on the traffic lights and other cars ahead
- chooses a pathway
- customizable AI linetracing interval
